I am a Houston attorney with nearly two decades of experience representing clients in civil litigation and transactional matters. I represent businesses and individuals in arbitration, at trial, and on appeal in state and federal courts throughout Texas. I have successfully prosecuted and defended cases involving trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, fraud, deceptive trade practices, employment claims, and construction disputes.  I provide general legal counsel to businesses and represent clients in probate. And I draft and review construction contracts, employment agreements, wills, deeds, and contractors' liens, among other services.
